BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 4659 Shallowford road, being off the northwest line of Shallowford Road northeast of Caine Lane. To be rezoned to O-1 Office Zone: To find the true point of beginning of this unplatted tract, start on the northwest line of Shallowford Road some 805 feet northeast of the intersection of the northwest line of Shallowford Road with the northeast line of Caine Lane, thence northwest some 1150 feet to the true point of beginning, thence continuing northwest 200 feet to the southeast line of Caine Lane, thence northeast some 485 feet with Caine Lane, thence southeast some 200 feet, thence southwest some 485 feet parallel to, and at all points 200 feet southeast of, the southeast line of Caine Lane to the true point of beginning, being part of the proeprty described in deed book 3344, page 364, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 137L-A-1 (part). To be rezonined to M-2 Light Industrial Zone: To find the true point of beginning of this unplatted tract, start on the northwest line of Shallowford Road some 805 feet northeast of the intersection of the northwest line of Shallowford Road with the northeast line of Caine Lane, thence northwest 920 feet to the true point of beginning, thence continuing northwest some 230 feet to a point 200 feet southeast (if measured at a right angle) of the southeast line of Caine Lane, thence northeast some 485 feet parallel to, and at all points 200 feet southeast of, the southeast line of Caine Lane, thence southeast some 230 feet to the existing M-2 zoning line, thence southwest some 490 feet with said zoning line to the true point of beginning, being part of the property described in deed book 3344, page 364, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 137L-A-1 (part). R-2 Residential Zone to O-1 Office Zone and M-2 Light Industrial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this ordinance is subject to the condition that there shall be no access from Caine Lane. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
